• The Credit Risk Rating Support Analyst is a member of a dynamic team that supports FCB’s credit risk rating process, related systems, and user support functions. The role serves as a key liaison between business users, technology teams, and Risk Rating subject matter experts. Responsibilities include supporting risk rating related user inquiries by performing initial investigation of the issue and coordinating resolution activities. Successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining Risk Rating support technical infrastructure, managing SharePoint-based documentation, case management solutions and for producing operational reporting.

Who can apply
