What you'll do

• Design and run doctor and patient surveys for assigned therapy areas
• Analyse prescription-audit (IQVIA/AWACS) data to track brand and competitor share
• Size new market opportunities and present findings to the brand team
• Track competitive launches, pricing and promotional activity
• Turn raw research data into a clear recommendation for brand strategy
• Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
• Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
• Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

• B.Pharm/B.Sc/BBA/MBA (Marketing) from a recognised university
• 1–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — relevant hands-on experience required
• Working knowledge of IQVIA/AWACS Data Analysis, Survey Design, Doctor Panel Research
• Comfort with IQVIA/AWACS prescription-audit data, MS Excel and survey tools and with reading prescription and market-share data
• Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
