What you'll do
- Basic understanding of order management process and its corresponding activities
- Good communication skills in Spanish and English languages
- Receive and enter customer orders into ERP systems accurately
- Validate order details (pricing, quantities, customer data, and delivery terms)
- Perform basic credit and order checks as per defined guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics, billing) for smooth order fulfillment
- Track order status and follow up on delays or discrepancies
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns under supervision
- Assist in resolving customer queries related to orders and delivery
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with process requirements
Who can apply
- Strong accounting knowledge with O2C experience in order management and billing.
- Basic understanding of: Customer master data, Pricing conditions & Material/product master
- Basic knowledge of: Delivery processing, Shipping and logistics coordination and Inventory/stock availability checks
- Must be computer literate; Excel, Word, PPT
- Knowledge of JDE & SAP ERP is desired
- Ability to document the process
