Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Provide L2 operational support for Sandvine Traffic Steering Platform (TSP) and policy control solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents involving Diameter, RADIUS, Gx, and Gy interfaces.
• Analyze 3G/4G/5G packet core call flows involving PCEF, PGW, and EPG components.
• Perform Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), traffic analysis, traffic shaping, and policy enforcement.
• Configure subscriber mapping, quotas, policies, rules, and service plans using Sandvine GUI/CLI.
• Conduct packet-level troubleshooting using Wireshark, TCPDump, and network diagnostic tools.
• Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace and support operational activities involving PostgreSQL and Vertica.
• Manage incidents, escalations, and ticket lifecycle in line with ITIL processes using Remedy/Helix or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with NOC, engineering, operations, customers, and other stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Contribute to problem management, RCA, knowledge management, documentation, and continuous service improvement.

Who can apply

• Strong knowledge of Diameter, RADIUS, Gx, and Gy.
• Good understanding of PCEF, PGW, EPG, and 3G/4G/5G packet core architectures and call flows.
• Practical experience in DPI, traffic management, and traffic shaping.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Wireshark, TCPDump, PostgreSQL, and Vertica.
