What you'll do

• Maintenance Planning & Execution
• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure availability and reliability of critical equipment (e.g., rolling mills, furnaces, conveyors, cranes, compressors).
• Implement condition monitoring systems (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.)
• Equipment Reliability & Performance
• Improve equipment uptime and reduce failure rates.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of major breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and track KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor performance.

Who can apply

• B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical
• 15–18 years in steel / mining / cement / power industries
• Additional Information
• Competencies Required
• Strong problem-solving & RCA skills
• Expertise in fixed plant maintenance
• Hands-on exposure to fabrication, welding, and industrial systems
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Data-driven approach (MTBF, MTTR, OEE)
