Skills you'll use

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 6+ years of progressive experience in delivering Salesforce solutions (configuration and development) across the full SDLC. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Experience with Salesforce development practices (e.g., Apex, Lightning Web Components) and platform capabilities (e.g., security model, declarative automation). Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and integration patterns.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments
• Certifications in related disciplines and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF Enterprise Architect, COBIT, ITIL, Salesforce, CDMP, OCP)
• Hands-on experience with modern data tools such as AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks, and CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub/GitLab), as well as workflow tools like Jira and Confluence. Expertise with any combination of these is welcome.
• Strong background in programming (Python) and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, with the ability to lead DevOps transformations and secure implementations (e.g., multi-factor authentication, zero-trust models).
