What you'll do

• Support SAP Project System (PS) solutions across global manufacturing and engineering operations.
• Requirements Analysis – Explores, analyzes, maps business and function requirements.
• Lead solution lifecycle, including functional / technical design – integration of third-party off-the-shelf software, configure / tests / builds quality solutions, support procedures .
• Support and contribute to upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments.
• Collaborate with business process experts and cross-functional teams to optimize, integrate and improve use experience.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues across SAP and integrated systems. Perform root cause analysis in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Follow ITIL processes - incident management, problem management, change management and request management, providing 24x7 support to site users.
• Analyze and resolve application, process, data, and integration issues by applying structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis approaches in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer and functional guidance to junior team members and support resources.
