What you'll do

• We are looking for a dynamic and creative Internal Communications professional to drive employee communications and engagement across DBS Tech India. This role will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing communication campaigns, supporting leadership communications, and executing employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, connectivity, and organizational alignment.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller, excellent stakeholder manager, and experienced communications practitioner who can work across multiple channels to deliver impactful employee experiences.

Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employer Branding, Marketing Communications, or a related role.
• Proven ability to develop compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with digital communication platforms, content management systems, and email communication tools.
• Familiarity with analytics and performance measurement is preferred.
