What you'll do

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing civil construction activities for building projects while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and project timelines. The role involves site supervision, contractor management, and coordination with consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Who can apply

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in execution of building construction projects, preferably hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitals, high-rise residential developments, commercial malls, universities, or college campuses.
  • Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, structural drawings, construction methodologies, quality assurance, and site safety practices.
  • Experience in contractor management, project coordination, quantity verification, and construction scheduling.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, project reporting tools, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
