What you'll do

• ➤ To report to Estate Manager for all technical aspects.
• ➤ Technical Manager to take daily rounds of all common areas, basement, roof top, access gates, utilities and other area specific to site.
• ➤ Ensure that the highest technical and artistic standards are achieved in every aspect of the operation process.
• ➤ Prepare risk assessments for the performances, equipment and events in collaboration with the Estate Manager.
• ➤ Manage and support the role of entire Technical staff directly/indirectly. The daily complaints resolution system needs to be maintained / monitored regularly and an effort to be made to ensure that any general nature complain does not exceed a TAT.
• ➤ Develop and maintain excellent working relations with technical staff, client, vendors, OEM's.
• ➤ Ensure all technical equipment is on the technical inventory and manage the technical consumables budgets
• ➤ Ensure 52 Week PPM schedule is available at site capturing all equipment's and is executed and updated on regular basis.
• ➤ Ensure all electrical installations, Lift Rooms, Electrical shafts and rooms are locked and access controlled.
• ➤ Ensure EHS standards are established at site and are in tune with UCA/C&W EHS/Local requirements.
