What you'll do

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. MIS & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational MIS reports.
• Prepare daily breakdown complaint reports and track complaint status.
• Monitor complaint ageing, closure status and TAT performance.
• Prepare management dashboards and reports as required.
• Consolidate data received from various stores, vendors and operational teams.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
• 2. Housekeeping MIS
• Track housekeeping manpower attendance across stores.

Who can apply

• Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF functions and data validation.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
• Good understanding of operational MIS and KPI reporting.
