What you'll do
- We are seeking a highly motivated Manager to join our Transaction Services team in India, specializing in financial due diligence. The role offers the unique opportunity to build and lead an offshore team and collaborate with US-based transaction services team. You will also have the opportunity to work on a high volume of deals with a particular focus on healthcare services. You will be a key contributor in analyzing financial performance, preparing meeting agendas, client deliverables, and providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
Who can apply
- Undergraduate degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or related deal advisory services at a professional services firm.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, data modeling, and visualization).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
- Healthcare transaction services experience is a plus, though not required.
