What you'll do

• 1. Collection Performance Management
• · Bounce and penal waiver request from the field to be collated and shared with the ops
• · Timely allocation of the cases to the team.
• · Define action flows across channels: digital, tele-calling, field, legal.
• · Track resolution rates and recovery efficiency.
• · Identify and highlight early-warning signals.
• · Sharing of the different data with the team (paid file, dpd change data etc)
• · Allocation of cases on the Credit Nirvana and monitoring of the data
• 2. Data Analytics & Insights
• Roll-forward and bounce trend analysis.

Who can apply

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel / SQL / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred)
• Deep understanding of collections lifecycle
• Stakeholder management (Tele-calling team, Field team, Strategy team, Process Team, Operations, Vendors)
