What you'll do

• We are seeking an experienced professional to support our client’s digital transformation initiatives through the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong balance of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments for our clients. This role may be based on-site or offshore, depending on project and client requirements, and will operate as part of a project team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Who can apply

• Mandatory – CSSA
• 3-5 years relevant experience in Pega development with 1-2 project implementations.
• Hands on experience in coding, implementation of integrations, designing & deployment.
• Understanding of Case management concepts - Same case & subcase parallelisms, locking, parent-child case relationship configuration, data propagation and other case configurations and advanced shapes in flow.
• Experience in implementing access control using ABAC and RBAC.
• Experience in implementing background processing with Queue Processors and Job Schedulers.
• Experience in working in a constellation application with ability to develop UI using prescribed UI and custom components.
• Strong debugging skills in Constellation application. Use PDC, tracer, UI Inspector and developer tools.
• In depth hands-on abilities in Activities, Data Transforms, Data Pages, Data Flows, Data Sets, Case type rules, Process Flow, Declarative Rules, Decision Rules.
• Deep hands-on abilities in Report definitions, sub reports, associations and joins. Ability to develop custom dashboards in a constellation application using Pega Insights.
