What you'll do

• We are currently seeking an experienced individual to assist our client with their digital transformation efforts. We are seeking an individual who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build innovative business solutions using the Pega platform. Work will include design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments for our clients. Working on-site or offshore location as per project/customer requirement, this role will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements.

Who can apply

• Essential Qualification:
• Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.
• Must have CSSA certification.
• 5+ years’ experience working as a Pega developer.
• Comprehensive understanding of BPM foundation for process improvements delivered using Pega application by increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Experience of integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms.
• Pega implementation methodology knowledge.
