What you'll do

• Delivery Governance & Predictability
• Establish and lead a consistent delivery governance framework across the Delivery Centre.
• Drive regular delivery reviews with senior Delivery Leaders across accounts and portfolios.
• Review actual performance against commitments, forecasts and agreed delivery parameters.
• Identify early warning signals and intervene before issues become business or client escalations.
• Challenge delivery assumptions and recovery plans with data and facts.
• Delivery Performance & Commercial Health
• Monitor key indicators including revenue, margin, utilisation, capacity, staffing, backlog and delivery performance .
• Analyse actuals versus forecast and identify emerging gaps.
• Partner with Delivery Leaders to understand root causes and establish recovery plans.

Who can apply

• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting / IT services / digital delivery environments .
• Significant experience in Delivery Governance, Delivery Excellence, Delivery Assurance, Portfolio Management or Delivery Operations .
• Experience governing multiple accounts, projects or delivery portfolios .
• Strong understanding of delivery economics including revenue, margin, utilisation, capacity and forecasting .
• Strong analytical capability and ability to use data to identify delivery risks and performance gaps.
• Proven ability to challenge and influence senior Delivery / Account Leaders.
• Experience managing escalations, risks, dependencies and corrective actions.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience operating across geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Experience establishing or leading a Delivery Excellence / Delivery Governance CoE .
