What you'll do

• Account & Market Research
• Conduct research on health plans, prospects, key executives, organizational structures, market developments, and relevant vendors or technology partners.
• Research and map key stakeholders and buying committees within target accounts.
• Monitor company news, earnings, leadership changes, partnerships, and other developments relevant to Sales and Growth.
• Use AI and other research tools to efficiently gather, analyze, and synthesize information.
• Research and track competitor use in target accounts.
• Package research and insights into concise, actionable outputs for Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and leadership.
• Data & CRM Management
• Maintain high-quality account, contact, opportunity, and other sales data.
• Research, validate, enrich, and clean CRM data and identify data-quality issues.

Who can apply

• Support data governance and help ensure consistent use of sales processes and CRM standards.
• Analyze sales pipeline, activity, funnel performance, account engagement, and other key business development metrics.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to Sales and Growth leadership.
• Monitor trends, identify gaps and opportunities, and help translate data into recommendations.
• Support analysis of BDR performance, meeting generation, opportunity conversion, and pipeline contribution.
• Conduct account and territory analysis to help prioritize prospects and focus sales resources.
• Develop recurring KPI reports and support Quarterly Business Reviews and executive reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Excel, and other reporting tools.
