Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• We are looking for a Software Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to join our engineering team and build scalable backend systems and data platforms that process large volumes of industrial data.
• You will work on distributed systems, data processing, cloud infrastructure, and backend services, solving complex engineering challenges while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• How you’ll demonstrate Ownership
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices that support high-volume industrial data workloads.
• Build and improve distributed data pipelines using technologies such as Spark, Kafka, and Flink.
• Develop reliable, high-performance APIs and backend services with a focus on scalability, availability, and maintainability.
• Work with large datasets and optimize data processing, storage, and retrieval workflows.
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions, making thoughtful technical decisions around scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and actively participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.

Who can apply

• 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or distributed systems.
• Strong programming experience in Java, Scala, or Python, with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with backend services, microservices, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, and reliability concepts.
