What you'll do

  • As Credentialing Team Lead, you will lead a production-focused pod of Operations Analysts and Credentialing Specialists, owning the day-to-day execution of credentialing operations for your pod's clients. You will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring compliance and quality, and keeping your pod's work aligned with company-wide objectives. This role requires a balance of hands-on operational ownership, direct people leadership, and proactive problem-solving to keep your pod scaling effectively.
  • This is a high-visibility role that owns outcomes for a subset of clients and reports into the Credentialing Manager.
  • This is a fully remote role aligned to EST hours.

Who can apply

  • - 5+ years of professional US-healthtech + Credentialing experience, including 2+ years managing a team.
  • - Proven ability to lead a team of 5+ in a production-driven environment.
  • - Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
  • - Strong client engagement and stakeholder management experience.
  • - A metrics-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • - Ability to balance hands-on execution with long-term operational strategy.
  • - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Proven ability to manage daily performance metrics and drive accountability.
  • - Knowledge of credentialing processes, provider data management, and healthcare compliance (preferred).
