What you'll do

• The person should be responsible for providing customer total ownership for quotation, order processing, execution, communication & Invoicing.
• Manage the order execution process, from order acknowledgment to deliveries from factories.
• Ensure timely submission of quotes.
• Maintain response time as a key preperformance indicator for smooth order execution, including local and export orders. Experience in handling merchant trade transactions is an advantage.
• Act as an interface between customers & Factory.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and provide proactive, prompt responses to customer needs.
• Responsible for response time and achieve invoicing targets for the business.
• Ensure achievement of order (TAT) and timely execution of clear orders.
• Maintain a clear backlog of executable orders with visibility of execution timeframes.
• Support customers to obtain current readiness dates, update required systems and communicate changes to customers.
