What you'll do

  • Program and teach robots for welding, handling and assembly cells
  • Integrate robots with PLCs, fixtures and safety systems
  • Commission cells and hand them over to production
  • Optimise cycle time and reduce robot-related downtime
  • Document programmes, layouts and safety validations
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Industrial Robotics, Robot Programming, ABB / FANUC Controllers
  • Comfort with ABB/FANUC robot controllers and PLCs, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate
