Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Support planning and execution of digital campaigns across search, social and email
• Create and schedule content for social, blog and marketing channels
• Track campaign performance — impressions, clicks, CTR, CAC, ROAS — and report on it
• Run keyword research and on-page SEO improvements for the website
• Help build and test landing pages, creatives, copy and audiences
• Analyse funnels in GA4 and identify drop-offs and opportunities
• Coordinate with design and content teams on campaign assets
• Research competitors, trends and new channels worth testing

Who can apply

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Management or a related field
• 0–2 years of professional experience — 2023–2026 graduates and freshers with strong project work are encouraged to apply
• Understanding of digital marketing basics: SEO, SEM, social media, email and content marketing
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager
• Strong written English and the ability to write clear, persuasive copy
• Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting
• Basic design sense; exposure to Canva or Figma is a plus
• Curiosity about data — you want to know what actually drove the numbers
• Creative thinking balanced with a test-and-measure mindset
• Good organisation and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
