• Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across functions, levels, and hiring categories.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Draft, refine, and publish job descriptions aligned to business needs and market realities.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and role fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring timely communication and a seamless process.
• Drive interview follow-ups, collect panel feedback, and keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress.
• Conduct compensation discussions within approved frameworks and support offer rollout and closure.
