What you'll do
- Design and run doctor and patient surveys for assigned therapy areas
- Analyse prescription-audit (IQVIA/AWACS) data to track brand and competitor share
- Size new market opportunities and present findings to the brand team
- Track competitive launches, pricing and promotional activity
- Turn raw research data into a clear recommendation for brand strategy
- Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
- Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
- Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand
Who can apply
- B.Pharm/B.Sc/BBA/MBA (Marketing) from a recognised university
- 1–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — relevant hands-on experience required
- Working knowledge of IQVIA/AWACS Data Analysis, Survey Design, Doctor Panel Research
- Comfort with IQVIA/AWACS prescription-audit data, MS Excel and survey tools and with reading prescription and market-share data
- Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Salem, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
