  • Business Planning & Strategic Planning
  • - Help prepare annual business plans for BUs and Sales team & track progress regularly
  • - Prepare & track the Strategic Plan / incentive plans as per requirements
  • - Support to BUD for various PPT, working on database, trends
  • Business Analysis & Reporting
  • - Organizational level MIS and regular reports to measure the daily/weekly/monthly/annual trends
  • - Assist BUs in developing the business analysis reports & track progress on a regular basis
  • - Functional tracking reports for Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and Human Resources
  • Implementation and execution of SFDC

Who can apply

  • - Support to BUD for various PPT, working on database, trends

  • Incentive Calculation
  • - Responsible for calculating quarterly, annual and /or any other incentive based on Secondary data
  • - Quarterly & annually incentive forecast / provisions.
