What you'll do

  • The Marketing Manager - SM will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for specific product portfolios within Becton Dickinson India Private Limited, focusing on driving market share, revenue growth, and brand awareness. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Who can apply

  • * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • * Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in marketing, within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry preferably.
  • * Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven market share and revenue growth.
  • * Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market, including regulatory landscape, distribution channels, and customer dynamics.
  • * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • * Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • * Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • * Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • * Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
