What you'll do

  • The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a designated geographical area for Bard India Healthcare Private Limited, focusing on achieving sales targets and expanding market share for our medical devices and healthcare solutions.

Who can apply

  • * Bachelor's degree in science background.
  • * More than 4 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • * Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • * Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market, including regulatory environment, key players, and distribution channels.
  • * Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
