What you'll do

  • * 5+ years of progressive experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management in Government business.
  • * Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • * Strong understanding of the Government hospital purchase patterns, including key stakeholders, purchasing processes, and regulatory landscape.
  • * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • * Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • * High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a customer-centric approach.
