What you'll do

  • As a Technical Service Specialist, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them optimize coating processes, resolve technical challenges, and successfully implement new products and technologies.
  • Technical Support & Customer Success
  • Provide expert technical support for coatings products and application processes.
  • Partner closely with customers to improve product performance, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve product, process, color, and application-related issues.
  • Act as a trusted technical resource for key customer accounts.
  • Product Implementation & Commercialization
  • Support the launch and implementation of new products and technologies at customer facilities.
  • Conduct product trials and validation activities in collaboration with Technology and Commercial teams.
  • Drive product approvals and specification wins with OEM and industrial customers.

Who can apply

  • Ideally Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
