What you'll do

  • As a Scientist or Senior Scientist, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and commercialization of innovative coating technologies while working closely with customers, Operations, Technical Service, and Commercial teams.
  • Product Development & Formulation
  • Develop and optimize coatings formulations, including primers, topcoats, and specialty products, to meet customer and market requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of coatings, resins, pigments, additives, and curing chemistries to solve technical and business challenges.
  • Design and execute formulation development programs based on customer specifications and performance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, performance, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Technical Evaluation & Testing
  • Conduct laboratory testing and performance evaluations according to established test methods and product specifications.
  • Prepare paint samples, panels, and laboratory evaluations to support development projects and customer programs.
  • Utilize analytical testing methods to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
