- 6+ years’ progressive QA experience in a multinational manufacturing environment; coatings/paint or chemical processing strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of IATF16949 & ISO/IEC17025; hands‑on internal, process, and product auditing experience.
- Proficiency with core quality tools: PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, APQP, 8D/RCFA.
- Proven CAPA execution and KPI improvement (e.g., PPM, FPY, COPQ).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
