  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
  • Design and implement automated tests for functional and non-functional requirements
  • Work with software development teams to ensure that code changes are testable and can be easily automated
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improving product quality
  • Lead the automation effort for software testing, including mentoring and training junior automation engineers
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to identify, isolate, and report defects in software products
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and test coverage
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging testing tools, techniques, and technologies
