What you'll do

• Drive user research programs. You will partner with product managers to do user research interviews with real-world customers and work iteratively to refine the product over time.
• Collaborate with product and engineering : You will co-own the product roadmap with the rest of the product and engineering teams and influence what gets prioritized for upcoming quarters.
• Present your work to the team. You will meet with the team and our customers to present user journeys and walkthroughs to help them understand how our product works end-to-end.
• Make decisions using product analytics. You will leverage all kinds of data at your disposal to make informed decisions about user experience and product capabilities.
• Publish best practices. If you have a passion for writing, you can publish our design practices and discoveries on our Atomicwork blog.
• Self-direct your work and co-own the product. You will act as an owner of the product and will have autonomy and responsibility to do what’s right for the customer.
