What you'll do

Serve as the main point of contact and support for assisting in the procure-to-pay process between multiple resort locations and the corporate office.
Perform daily transactional tasks, including purchase order creation, requisition approvals, purchase order editing/correcting, blanket purchase order creation, order closing, triage receiving issues, and assisting with invoice research.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities meet business needs.
Provide internal customer support by understanding and addressing the unique procurement nuances by resort location.
Analyze procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and opportunities for process optimization.
Train internal teams on procurement processes, policies, and system usage, ensuring effective communication.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, identifying potential process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support managing Vendor/GPO relationships, including performance monitoring and ensuring timely response to issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and streamline processes between resort locations and corporate offices.
Support strategic sourcing initiatives as appropriate.

Who can apply

Proven experience in procurement operations, supply chain management, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Written and verbal.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to challenge established practices.
Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite beneficial.
Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.
Strong general computing skills using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office software, including Excel
Comfortable public speaking and with conflict resolution
