What you'll do

• This role is developed for a P&C professional who can blend analytics and technology to deliver actionable insights and drive digital transformation. The individual will act as a link between P&C operations and technology, ensuring data-driven decisions and automation initiatives that enhance employee experience and interpersonal efficiency.

Who can apply

• P&C Analytics & Workforce Insights
• Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI for real-time workforce metrics (attrition, headcount, diversity, engagement, hiring trends).
• Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Perform trend analysis on employee lifecycle data to identify risk areas and opportunities for improvement.
• 2. Talent Intelligence & Market Benchmarking
• analyse external labor market data to benchmark skills, and talent availability.
• Support succession planning and skills gap analysis using internal and external data sources.
• Provide insights for strategic workforce planning aligned with business growth objectives.
• 3. Digital Transformation & Automation
• Project Manage P&C process automation projects using RPA software, ServiceNow workflows, or similar platforms.
