What you'll do

• PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• LP Transfer Administration
• Serve as the primary coordinator for LP transfer requests across Ares-managed funds.
• Act as the central point of contact for transferring investors, transferees, fund administrators, legal counsel, tax, fund accounting, and internal stakeholders.
• Receive, review, and log incoming transfer requests.
• Maintain transfer request trackers and workflow dashboards, ensuring accurate status reporting and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate the collection and review of required transfer documentation and supporting materials.
• Source, prepare, and distribute standard transfer documentation and ancillary forms.
• Monitor transaction progress and proactively manage outstanding action items to facilitate timely completion.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
