What you'll do

• As a Member of Technical Staff – Engineering Sys Cert Office, you will work with a skilled team to plan and drive execution of projects and feature development, following well-defined Agile processes. You will work cross-functionally with Architects, Technologists, Product Managers, remote development teams, and customer-facing teams to deliver capabilities across Wind River’s VxWorks and Helix Virtualization Platform products.
• This role focuses on delivering high-quality, safety-critical software capabilities with excellent user experience.
• HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software, system or product safety process definition
• Product or process development experience in aerospace, Industrial, medical or automotive industries
• Expertise in at least one of the following: IEC 61508, DO-178C, IEC 62304
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with lifecycle management tools such as Polarion, Jama or DOORS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience with safety, process or quality audits
