Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Improve the end-to-end user journey across discovery, counselling, application and admissions
• Work closely with counsellors and users to identify product gaps and operational bottlenecks
• Analyse funnels, call outcomes, CRM data and user behaviour to find drop-offs and opportunities
• Translate operational problems into clear product requirements
• Improve workflows across CRM, calling, WhatsApp, lead routing and internal tools
• Run experiments and track impact on conversion, productivity and user experience
• Test and improve AI-powered experiences such as voice counsellors and internal automation
• Own dashboards, SOPs and processes needed to make product launches work at scale

Who can apply

• Act as a bridge between Product and Operations and drive issues to closure
• 0–2 years of experience in product operations, business operations, product, analytics, consulting, founder’s office or similar roles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• High ownership and bias for action
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with users and operational teams
• Clear written and verbal communication
