What you'll do

• We are seeking a high-performing, data-driven professional to support EMEA Distribution through data refinement, governance, analytics, process automation, and AI-enabled initiatives. The role will focus on transforming Distribution client data for trusted insights, strengthening stakeholder engagement, understanding business pain points, and enhancing commercial decision-making through effective use of data and technology.
• We are seeking a high-performing, data-driven professional to support EMEA Distribution through data refinement, governance, analytics, process automation, and AI-enabled initiatives. The role will focus on transforming EMEA Distribution client data for trusted insights, strengthening stakeholder engagement, understanding business pain points, and enhancing commercial decision-making through effective use of data and technology.
• The successful candidate will bring strong technical proficiency, a collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced business environment.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics).
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Strong attention to detail, with proven ability to identify data irregularities, conduct root-cause analysis, and work extensively with untidy data and spreadsheets.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of machine learning concepts, with a willingness to further develop applied analytics and AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including Snowflake and AWS, is preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, consistent delivery quality, and strong problem-solving capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
