Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• 1. Define and execute the roadmap for how prescriptions are dispensed, pharmacist-verified, and assembled into shipments across manual and automated workcells at all site formats (small-format, regional, kiosks).
• 2. Define and track metrics across the fill-verify-pack pipeline; identify bottlenecks, set targets, and partner with engineering to deliver measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, and cost-per-shipment.
• 3. Work with Hardware and Software Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Clinical Excellence, Finance, and In-Stock partners to provide solutions and drive improvements
• 4. Influence without authority across multiple teams and organizations to drive outcomes in a matrixed environment

Who can apply

• - Bachelor's degree
• - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• - Experience managing technical products or online services
• - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
