What you'll do

• As a GPV Investigator, you will be part of a team responsible for inspecting and auditing products sold by third-party sellers on Amazon.com store for various defects impacting Amazon’s customers. You will leverage various tools (microscopes, x-ray, et al), systems, standard operating procedures and job aids to assist in identifying product quality defects across a range of programs.The below are key areas of responsibility of this role:

Who can apply

• - 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
• - Experience using computers and the internet
• - Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• - Experience working with large datasets, determining trends/patterns which can be used for value decisions
