What you'll do

• 1. Own and drive operational performance across a cluster of sites, with accountability for last mile capacity, cost efficiency, and customer experience metrics
• 2. Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations leaders, building organizational depth and succession pipelines
• 3. Partner with internal teams (planning, technology, finance, PXT) and external partners to ensure operational readiness and business continuity
• 4. Support the scaling of existing business lines and the onboarding of newer business verticals under the GSF org
• 5. Identify operational gaps, drive root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
• 6. Champion a data-driven culture, leveraging metrics and insights to inform decisions and track performance
• 7. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards across all sites.
• We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.

Who can apply

• - 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
