What you'll do

• Work on development projects/enhancements for ServiceNow
• Handle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow. Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, ACLs and notifications, ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS
• Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances.
• Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment.
• Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
• Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current
• Peer review, Mentor and share technical knowledge with service management team.
• You will be required to work with process owners and other stakeholders.

Who can apply

• Minimum 5 yrs. of total and relevant experience as ServiceNow Developer
• Worked in ITSM organizational structure
• Experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMDB
