What you'll do

  • Service Delivery & Customer Management

  • Ensure SLA compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present service reports, dashboards, and improvement plans.
  • Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical guidance to L1 and L2 engineers.
  • Drive troubleshooting and resolution of complex network and security issues.
  • Review technical solutions, changes, and implementation plans.
