Planning and Mobilizing the Project
Co-ordination with project team for the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly programs.
Interpretation of drawings and ensuring execution as per the drawings.
Execution of works as per approved method statement. Supervision and monitoring of construction works, ensuring adherence to quality.
Development of overall site plan in line with budget / construction schedule for assigned Section.
Reporting daily progress and maintaining Daily Progress Report (DPR).
Coordination with consultants and clients with Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and request for information (RFI) validations.
Co-ordination with consultants, sub-contractors, and clients.
Establishment of project infrastructure as per contract / work requirement.
Coordinating with client representative to start the work as per the base schedule, land acquisition and for other consents to fulfil statutory and contractual requirements.
