What you'll do

Track daily operational metrics and flag deviations early
Support process documentation, SOPs and workflow improvements
Coordinate across teams and partners to resolve day-to-day exceptions
Build and maintain trackers, MIS reports and operational dashboards
Analyse process bottlenecks and propose measurable improvements
Support vendor, partner or field-team communication and follow-ups
Run root-cause analysis on recurring issues and drive fixes
Assist with planning, forecasting and capacity trackers

Who can apply

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Management or any discipline
0–2 years of professional experience — 2023–2026 graduates and freshers with strong project work are encouraged to apply
Strong Excel/Google Sheets — pivots, lookups, clean trackers
Analytical mindset with comfort in numbers, ratios and percentages
Basic SQL or BI-tool exposure is a strong plus
Clear communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
Structured problem solving and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and prioritise when several things break at once
Ownership — you close loops rather than escalate and forget
Willingness to learn the ground reality of the business, not just the dashboard
