What you'll do

• Create test plans and Test cases
• Design and execute systems to perform exploratory testing
• Perform and document risk analysis
• Record test progress and results
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Discover bugs within software
• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
• Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
• Perform manual testing

Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
• 4 years' experience in quality/software area.
• Strong command on Systems processes and technical capabilities
• Ability to clearly articulate software issues and related business processes
• Proactive personality capable of juggling competing priorities
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Must understand Agile Software Development methodologies and practices
• Must be familiar with Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective meetings
• Desired Qualitfications
• 3+ years of experience supporting critical business systems
