What you'll do

Support onboarding activities, including induction coordination and documentation review
Manage the Buddy Program for a smooth new-joiner onboarding experience
Plan and execute employee-engagement activities and cultural initiatives
Assist in Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs
Coordinate with candidates, employees and internal stakeholders across the employee lifecycle
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities

Who can apply

Student or fresher interested in HR / HR operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR operations (coursework, internship or practical exposure)
Organised, proactive and detail-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills
Based in or able to commute to Pune
