• Perform assurance checks across billing, revenue, margin and control processes.
• Identify revenue leakage, under-billing and margin erosion risks.
• Analyse data, investigate exceptions and contribute to root-cause resolution.
• Maintain supporting evidence for SOX, audit and compliance requirements.
• Track remediation actions, financial recoveries and leakage-prevention initiatives.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Billing, Product, Technology and Operations teams to resolve assurance issues.
