Vighnaharta Accounts & Tax is hiring a Payroll & Accounts Intern for its Kharadi, Pune office. This is a 4-month hybrid internship ideal for B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) students and freshers who want to build a strong foundation in accounting. As a Payroll & Accounts Intern, you will assist monthly payroll processing, compute salary deductions and PF/PT, and maintain payroll and accounting records. You will work closely with experienced accountants and chartered accountants, gaining practical exposure to real client books, statutory compliance and day-to-day finance operations. Key responsibilities: • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally / accounting software • Assist with Payroll, Excel, Accounting • Support reconciliations, documentation and month-end closing • Coordinate with the finance team on reporting and compliance This internship offers a certificate, a letter of recommendation and mentorship — and strong performers may receive a pre-placement offer.
